Sales staff was very helpful, friendly & polite. Service waiting area was nice. Financing wasn't as good as expected. None of the banks we have accounts with were contacted. Financing came back with over a 10% interest rate. I mentioned one of our banks for 5.99% and we did get that. I shouldn't have needed to ask.

Purchasing the vehicle was good. The service part of the deal was a wreck. Wrong parts ordered. Spent a whole day at the dealership just to find out they ordered the wrong bedcover. Had to take truck there again for another entire day and job wasn’t complete. Still isn’t. Bed cover isn’t mounted right and it makes a ton of noise when operating. Keypad still isn’t working and installed crooked

After numerous times of receiving poor service at one of the local competitors I decided to give this dealership a try. I’m glad that I did. Usually I’m able to get a same day appointment and while my vehicle is getting serviced there is constant communication on the stats of my vehicle with the service advisor.
